I have lists of URLs I would like to do lookups on and I know that Majestic has a bulk URL lookup tool, but I'm finding that both Moz and Majestic are way too expensive for me to use at the moment.

Do you know of any cheaper or possibly free way to do a bulk url lookup of these type of stats? Or possibly anything involving Scrapebox?

How many URLs you have? You might try ahrefs for it, but they have limit of 3 sites per day if you are using free account.
Or you can get paid account and check all your URLs when needed.

Maybe like a thousand or more every once in a while. But looking for DA/PA/TF/CF. Dunno if ahrefs has that, and if it would be able to check it in bulk.

Interesting. What is that "free checker" one? 2k links per month is a little low. But still wouldn't min checking it out.

Also 20 for majestic is quite low too unfortunately :( I can check right now via my firefox plugin, but it's hard to do that with 1000 URLs

Majestic metrics change daily and without the original paid Majestic API it?s hard to show correct metrics, this is why the free Majestic checker is mostly not correct, so just be aware if you are making your decision to sell or purchase domains...

Difficult to find a free tool for majestic metric calculation, however google has many options for moz metrics.

So is it just that the data from these sites may be outdated? Or are they just wrong because they makeup their own metrics or something?

I wouldn't mind too much using outdated information. If there's even a chance it can give me a little insight then it will be worth it since I am not really willing to pay the $100 CAD monthly subscription. Would suck having to pay an extra $1200 every year when I'm still a novice to IM.

So by the sounds of it, there are free Moz (outdated?) bulk checkers out there, but no Majestic ones?

Have you tried outsourcing it? You could check fiverr maybe. Not free but an option.

I've tried netpeak checker. Didn't really understood if I need subscriptions to the services or not. In couple of words I didn't get it to work at all.

Interesting! Does it reserve the money on my credit card or something right away? And is there no issues with just canceling after 119 days if I decide to? lol

lol, no at least I dont think. It states there it's free for 120 days, you might get charged a tiny bank fee if moz decides to check your card for validity. I was charged a nominal amount when amazon aws decided to check my cards' validity when signing up for their AWS free service.

If you're 'Merican and love and hotdog and shit, you shouldn't be charged. I think moz is Merican too

edit: Fun fact, just to add, I had the same mentality: I've got multiple notes in evernote to cancel Moz sub before the expiry date.

    Haha [IMG]

So I tried signing up but they don't accept paypal, and my visa debit card wouldn't work [IMG] I wonder if a prepaid gift card will work or something.

And I suppose EntroPay VCC would probably work, but then I would need to add money to it so they could do an authorize to make sure the funds are there.

I see the one day trial, but do not see the $29 one time payment. I'm very interested.... I'm new and can not PM you. Thanks
