    Hey guys.

I found this forum about 3 months ago but some personal life issues came up and many things got screwed up for me, so I didn't even have time to study any of the great material in here. Now things are kinda improving and I have some time to invest in learning it. As I said in my introduction post long ago, I was strongly motivated and still am as of now and am willing to put a lot of time into learning this. I'm actually willing to spend my entire summer vacation on building sites and trying different methods to become good at this.

The thing is, I have a very little (if any) understanding of IM and when I try to read different threads and posts here, I have difficulty of understanding the content due to very broad and diverse terms and acronyms. Due to the fact that I'm not in any way familiar with Web-development, programming and such stuff, and I also am a noob overall, I decided to try my luck in Affiliate Marketing. So, before I actually buy a domain, hosting and build my site and start promoting products, Is there any kind of eBook out there which will give me a basic sense of concepts, principles and overall glossary in internet marketing? like the ones I see mentioned here all the time : "Cost Per Action (CPA)" ; "Pay Per Click (PPC)" ; "Backlinks" and many more and how they are relevant to certain situations?

    Thanks in advance.

P.S I'm sorry for kinda asking the same question again (even though this one more specifically describes my situation) or if this is an inappropriate part of forum for asking this question.
