Any Body Know Where I Can Get a List of These...I'd Even Pay for Them!

I'm looking for a list of sites running the Wordpress MU plug in. You know, the one where you can sign up for your own blog on their site. The sign up page URL's typically look like this:

examplesite.com/wp-signup.php

But, so many people have changed the sign up page that it is difficult to find them with google.

There is a list here: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1279758 but most of them don't even work as it is a very outdated list...most just go to a domain parking page.

As I said in the title, I'd be willing to pay up to $30.00 via PayPal for a relatively extensive list (as long as the sites on the list actually work)

Thanks for any help anybody can give me.

If the amount of money I'm offering isn't enough, please let me know. I'd be happy to negotiate if somebody could help me.

Those who have access to LFE (Link Farm Evolution) might be able to help as it uses Wordpress MU sites.

It's not that I'm a newbie, I just didn't quite explain well enough what I was looking for....er, why I was looking for it.

I know that search will yield me all the sites currently running the Wordpress Multi-User plugin. The thing is, after spending 4 hours going through the results returned to me by using that search query, I've gotten 42 working sites...42....in 4 hours....it sucks.

Not only that, the PR of well over 2/3'rds of them is 0. I don't even care about PR at this point though, I just want some working sites.

If the owners of the site running the WP MU plug-in haven't changed the sign-up page URL, it probably is crap.

So basically, I'm looking for a list of sites currently running the WP MU plug-in that actually work.

The other thing is, just because the home page loads doesn't actually mean the site is working. About half of them don't have the script installed properly so the sign-up page is broken. And then of the ones that have a working sign-up page, about half don't ever send the activation email. And then about 1/4th of those that do send the activation emails, the email just simply doesn't work.

I figured maybe somebody here might have that kind of thing...although it doesn't look like it at this point.

In maybe 10 minutes worth of work, I found 8 working sites with page rank of at least 1(only 1 site) but most had PR2... what are you looking for these for?

I can assure you, if you keep looking, it gets harder and harder. Also, to actually see if it works, you have to:

find the site
sign up for it
make sure the activation email comes
make sure the activation email works
and lastly see if you can then sign in and put up a post

The reason I'm looking for them is because I'm using a software that posts to Wordpress Mult-User blogs. You write a spinnable article and it then posts it to each blog you have an account for.

I understand your frustration. It's why I started my list of "DO NOT USE" blogs that, for one reason or another, suck. Link: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...my-official-list-do-not-use-shitty-blogs.html. I've had trouble with those registration steps that you mentioned. Some don't give you the option to change your email, so if the activation email doesn't come, the only option you're left with is "wait a little longer."

Oh, add to your list of troubles:

"and have blog creation actually work when you click on the link in the validation email they send you."

Some of the blogs I use, 50% of the time it doesn't work and it just takes me to a blank page, yet it keeps the email address on file so I can't retry. Fucking pieces of shit. I wish I knew what it happens. It annoys me to no end.
