Any blackhat way to get referrals?

Hi
can anyone tell me how can I get referrals for paid to click (PTC) sites ?
They are sites that pay you for viewing ads and if someone else joins under you you get paid for his view too.
But problem is how to get large number of refs?
Is there any good way to make a mass number of people know about my links ?

Any help would be really appreciated

Other ways to get referrals:
Referral Exchange Sites;
Article writing - Make sure its on topic about getting refs and link to your ref sites in the extra box;
Ask friends to sign up;
Start a mailing list;
Start a website;
Offer gaming consoles / part time jobs on gumtree and then when they email you reply with the links

how about buying some refs.. like 15 for 15 bucks and when you make the money back, buy some more.. likewise they add up
