not too sure of your understanding of maths, but $30,000 is greater than $11,000 making YFI currently the highest cost of crypto currency.
im also not too sure on your understanding of markets, but prices fluctuate all the time. the day that i posted this, YFI is the number 1 expensive crypto.
that could change today, tomorrow, next week, or even a year. if we knew the answer, then there wouldnt be a market.
hopefully this information helps you in understanding of whats considered number 1 and how markets can change so sudden

I'm not sure, but someone would have to swap their BTC...etc for this coin (Be it an individual or exchange). Someone somewhere has to have what you want - no one is going to exchange BTC for my brand new crypto no one has heard of - therefore it's worth nothing as no one is paying anything for it

Oh my bad then. I use uphold, the exchanges are instant, have binance but didn't exchanged, thought they were pretty similar

I thought the market values went off current exchanges happening on active online exchanges? Which means people ARE trading at this price.
Edit: Checked on Binance and there are trades going through for at 2.7-2.8 BTC

YFI ranks #26 on market cap (that is normally used to rank coins btw) and never even hit the top 10 for the past week (peaked on Aug 31).
Meaning that even a shit fork of Bitcoin that it is, Litecoin, ranks higher than YFI.
Current market caps are $210,552,856,469 vs $920,824,211 (the number one crypto, apparently).
It is mad funny that you dare to call out on someone's math skills and crypto understanding when you rank coins by market price.
