    hey roomies,

I'm using one of your garden variety "max mind geo"
javascript that shows the visitor what city they
are in when they land on my site!!! so that's nice!

problem is it's not always consistent, one day
it might say "hope you're enjoying "los angeles"

and the next day say "hope you enjoyed your stay
in "transylvania" ok I'm exaggerating just a bit

but it in fact it may change the city now and again
I do not know if it has something to do with the
surfers IP or their router, but it even happens when I land on it
now and again? it shows the same general area, but the city
might change? it's frequency I do not know

anyway anyone have any suggestion on something
    more stable ???? (like dynamite!)

    appreciate your feedback

    hali~!:)

    bugs,

do you know of their quality? or
there consistent accuracy in that sense?

rather than just another option ...do you
know of their "record" (lol! don't know exactly
how to ask, but you get the idea!)

    ??

    thanks bugs!

    hali~!:)

i use geoio.com for my php scripts.

You have to pay for more than 1k lookups per day tho.

    thanks w8,

I just wish you knew it's consistency?
    that's my main concern

(by the way I really appreciate the feedback :)

any idea of a solution more consistent ???

( i notice when I go to the site myself it usually shows
the same city I'm near, but on occasion shows a different
city, also in this same area, usually it shows one of the two,
I don't even care which one but just so long as it's the same one!)

    hali~!:) (i'm way under 1k per day)
