Any Affordable Website uptime Monitoring Serivce?

    what do you guys use to notify you when your sites are down. surely when you have 15+ sites it's no use trying to manually Refresh all of them one by one.

    Is there anything that'll run on the desktop and monitor multiple domains say 50+ every few minutes or on demand. I'm looking for something like that.
