You can have a paypal account right? So you should mainly look for sponsors that pay with Paypal, you can put a fake american address if you need I'd say

I don't know for sure that will work. There is the issue of w9 and stuff.

Well if you are using fake information, the tax forms problem wouldnt really matter until the end of the year? 1 fake affiliate account per year

i will suggest if your are going to do white hat, then better give your correct info & get a check from all affiliate company in your name & get cheque from them
