I just submitted a sitemap a day or two ago with 15k URLs. So far only 75 are indexed. Im assuming that wasn't a good idea especially considering parts of the content are duplicate. Would you guys have any advice on me getting them all indexed properly? Or should I just be trying to wait it out longer? I was wondering if maybe I need to start with only a small amount and gradually add the pages in.

There are plenty of indexing services like linklicious just google. But hey not most effective too.
You could build empire of web 2.0 / bookmarking properties and add your links to them little by little but it is not from white hat already )

Umm, yeah, wait it out. You didn't honestly expect all 15K urls to be indexed in a day or two did you?

Well, submit your sitemap to google and if you want you can start doing backlinkbuilding to your pages slowly and within some time you will get most of them indexed. Yes, for sure they all won't be indexed within a day or two
