First my apologizes for possible category mismatch, but dunno where to put it...anyways, can anyone recommend any affordable AV product running on Linux in daemon mode, that can be used to scan text list of URLs for possible malware? I need cheap + effective solution with daily updates. It could also be SaaS, but need to be programmable. Thanks.

You can use Calm AV or F-Secure. But for better result you can use Calm AV.
