Using a clean install of windows using Mcafee Antivirus will make Anti-K9 Protection 3.6 detected and become useless.
Removed by the antivirus. Since i don't have anymore interest it will not be updated.

Burracuda is a good web filter.
I used it and got very good and reliable results from it.
