Answer Sniper Automated

I signed up for this service over a week ago. Immediately after purchasing it I set up a legitimate Yahoo answers posting campaign.

The status of my posting project is stated as being "On Hold" in the user interface, which no clear indication of why.

I have tried posting on their customer support forum and contacting the creator of the software but have received no response. This is a $250 service and the customer support is this shitty? Come on now.

Does anyone else have any experience with this?

i just saw this thread....my regular AS stopped working has the automated service picked up?

I have emailed the owner to check if he has fixed things yet.

We'll see.
