Another "what do you think it's worth" question....kinda

Me and my fiance have come up with an idea. Now, the name of the site is
YayIWon.com
We have a few ideas, we're still on the design/what the hell are we going to do stage.
We were also wondering about the value of the domain itself ?
Anyone care to give their opinion ?...or ideas lol

what do u have in mind for this domain?

When I read that domain i think of gifts. So personally something prize/gift related would be my move. Maybe build up a massive opt-in list by taking their name and email in efforts to give out a gift every month to a random member.

You can always take pictures of new things you've bought and spoof them on your page as a member who's won to get things started. Think of the ebay listings where they take a pic of their username on a piece of paper.

domain is worth its reg fee without development simply because the name sounds like chinese and doesnt make sense unless you give the explanation of what really it meants:

Well, I just noticed a site called IWON.c*m
Seems to be a very popular site where they give away lots of money (10k a day and 1 Million a year).
This awsnt quite the intention I had for my site, but I'm wondering if there would be a conflict of some sort ?
My site would be prizes, gieaways, but not flashgames, points system etc.
