I woke up this morning to a limited (stealth) account. After an hour, I finally gathered all the info I had used to create the account...and called paypal. Obviously I was nervous because I was going to have to BS my information. Then I found out why I was limited...

I was using a new exclusive proxy. I live in Kentucky, but my ip was showing Pennsylvania. Make sure you disable your proxies when accessing your account.

Also, if you do make a stealth, make sure to remember your user information in case you have to call. They didn't ask anything other than my name (this time), and luckily they released all my funds immediately.

The proxy stuff might be old news, just wanted to make you aware. One less way to get your account frozen.

Yeah,If you use an unusual ip address or proxy they force to change the password first time and then limit it the second time.

Happened to me as well, but they're ok with the German IP I'm using now, although the account was opened with a UK address. In case they do limit it, I just call them and say that I'm travelling around, so it's OK for me to have different IPs now and then.
