Hey guys. I've been seeing a trend of the young'uns making journals on their ventures, so I thought I'd join in because it seems like a good way to keep me focused on it.

I don't exactly plan on buying a Rolex, but I would like to have enough money for one by the end of 2012 and use that for funding more online ventures, investing, or even to buy my first car.

As of now I have basically nothing. $90 or so on my Adsense account via a blog with forum advertising, an approved account on a CPA network, and a few affiliate accounts.

The route I've decided to take is CL ads with penny auction affiliates. I'm not far at all but within 1 hour I already have 26 inquiries, and a few people that are seriously interested from one post in one city. I'm having trouble keeping up with all of these people. I aught to make a bot or something ;)

I'll update this whenever something good happens.

EDIT: Holy crap, I already screwed up on emailing 2 people back haha (put in wrong names). This is harder than I thought it would be, but I'll hold through until I make some money.

Journal is fine... but dude, no one cares about your age. You could be 10 and I couldn't give a damn. You aren't defined by your age. Just what you do. :D

Thats great man I hope that it all works out for you. All I can say find out what is working and keep doing that until the well is dry man. Start a system that helps you to organize your efforts. I wish you best of luck.

    Don't worry about it.

I did that and still do. You're inexperienced. You'll mess up in the beginning. Don't worry about it, you'll get better and make less mistakes the more you get comfortable at it :)

Just remember that the world isn't a perfect place and you're not going to produce perfect results 24/7. Utilize the advantage of being young and having access to information that can have you making money before you have to head out on your own.

Haha, I'm kind of a watch nerd and I'd love to have a Rolex. I'm probably just going to try to find a knockoff somewhere.

That's true, haha, saying my age is a good way to get older people to think "I gotta pick up my shit!" so I guess that's a plus. Haha.

Fuck yeah! First lead! :D $6.25!
Edit: I feel kinda bad for the guy. I made him possibly waste $25. Ah well, I guess that's what Blackhatting is all about!

    Edit2:
I love this type of person
    His name was "Doug Aspartame"

Screw the rolex, that's when you got pocket change.
If you have no cash save up your money, and buy the shit you need,
then when you have extra cash buy whatever you want.

I will tell you even with the "screw up" as you put it, you are so far ahead of a lot of people reading your thread.

You see, you are young and you won't let the fear of success get in your way. You took action without looking back, making corrections along the way.

You see the majority, yes majority, will read, re-read and then plan and maybe even plan some more before they take any action.

You have already done the two hardest steps, 1 TAKE ACTION (awesome job) 2 make a little money (and learn to scale it up) so don't beat yourself up for messing up a name or two.

Just don't stop...keep moving forward...and like someone else already stated, the Rolex is not going to be a problem.

Great Job! I wish you success...

    I think the idea of "fearing success" is astoundingly stupid. Real talk, I don't think anyone has a fear of succeeding at something. The reason why people oft don't make anything of IM is down to one or a combination (usually the case) of the following;

    • Lack of basic common sense.
    • Sheer laziness (expecting shit to come to you on a silver platter).
    • Following the herd - trying to do EXACTLY the same thing everyone else is, e.x. following methods to the word.
    • Trying idea, after idea, after idea - sticking with for like 2 weeks, then calling it a "dead idea" and moving on.

OP, I've actually enjoyed looking through this journal, and I'll be checking it out every so often. I got my start with ClickBank products 2 years ago when I was 15, so I can relate in a way.

    Goodluck ;)!

Thanks Yousef! If you don't mind me asking, how much did you end up making with ClickBank?

Also which is better money? Sharecash downloads, or domain download with CPA surveys but risk losing my CPA network account?

I'm not liking this Biduh/Pennyauctionaffiliate affiliate program. I got a guy to spend $40 and I never got my commission. He even sent me an invoice. The only explanation I can think of is they're a bad site, or he went to the site without my affiliate address somehow.
