Launched my own sidereel type of site. I'm going to be advertising it heavily so if anyone has any tv show or movie sites, please join, and submit your links. I'll approve them. You'll definitely get free traffic from my site.

As i see it already being spammed like sidereel (zango getaway). I think you should concentrate on the quality of content and keep the spam on the minimum if you want your visitors to stay
 
yeah...bad move advertising here i suppose....

if anybody from here submits a tv show site, it most probably is gonna hav zango ;)
 
I'm looking for webmasters that have tv show/movie sites. I could care less if they have zango/cpalead/adbrite on them. Some sites will, some sites wont.
 
Also worth mentioning, you can't SPAM my site tvmoviedb , all links are approved from admin panel :)

For the time being I will allow zango/cpalead. This may change in the future. I know there are tons of members on this forum using tvshow/movie sites with zango/cpalead. 90% of these sites use these ad networks anyway. If you look at sidereel, since no zango/cpalead is allowed for a while now, in combination with tube sites(such as mega video) deleting videos quicker than before, I feel sidereel has been losing some of its visitors because of this.
 
2 questions for you rigel

Did you code the script yourself or is it available somewhere for buying?
How much uniques do you receive daily?
 
Yes I coded it myself.

Its a new site and not much traffic, but as stated I'm going to be heavily promoting it this week so you will see traffic coming in.

I just have to change 1 or 2 more things and I will start promoting. Such as doing a new logo and adding my CPM banner ads. So far just got adbrite up.

If anyone knows of a good paying CPM ad network that allows movie/tv show sites let me know. Please don't suggest avpoints or creditburner. They no longer allow new members and do nasty things like redirects.
 
clicksor, you need min traffic to get approved.
 
Yeah, not exactly sure you should be advertising here as you will probably get a shit ton of spammers doing exactly what you don't want being done on a legitimate site.

Right now I need more people to submit their links to fill my site up with content.

On top of that, what site's "don't" have to deal with spam on a daily basis? Myspace/youtube/CL/GT/google groups/usenet/ , not to mention 10 million+ blogs and forums out there. Its just something you deal with when it happens.

And again, right now submitted links don't go live until I approve them via the admin CP. So there is no chance for spam unless I decide to allow it, follow? I however have noticed that it takes a long time to approve all of these links. So I'm mod'n my script as we speak to allow the links to go live right away. Similar to sidereel. Now if I ever deal with a spammer or someone that uses a bot, I just delete that member and deal with the spam as it comes.
