I form anonymous LLCs in the US. I don’t have a fancy graphic, but I encourage you to ask questions here. I have formed over a thousand companies and am happy to share my expertise. PM me for my site as it won’t be posted here.

If you have a location independent company, then you have freedom in where to set up your LLC. Creating one in your home state usually isn’t the best idea. Most companies are set up in under 24hrs and the charge is $149.

Here are a few reasons to form an LLC:

    1) More professional when dealing with clients.
    2) Limits risk if sued.
    3) LLC assets cannot be taken by personal creditors (WY LLCs only - more below).
    4) If international, having a US LLC and bank account can significantly reduce transaction costs.

Here are a few reasons you should desire anonymity:

    1) Neighbors, family, creditors and others can’t find what you own.
    2) Who wants other people in your business?

Note, this is anonymity from private parties - not the federal government. You must still pay taxes.

    What I can provide:

    1) Anonymous LLC
    2) Professional Business Address
    3) EIN
    4) Virtual Office
    5) & More (ask)

    What I can't provide:

    1) Merchant Services
    2) Bank Accounts

I focus on two states: Wyoming and New Mexico.

    Why New Mexico?

New Mexico allows anonymity and the state has NO ANNUAL FEES. You must maintain an agent in NM (me) and I charge $49 beginning the second year. If you want to privately set up a blog, own bitcoin or do something else, then this is the most affordable option.

    Why Wyoming?

Wyoming allows anonymity and has the nation’s best asset protection laws. Personal creditors cannot break into your LLC and take its assets. There is a $50 annual report, plus my agent fee of $49. The annual fee is higher, but the benefit is better asset protection. Wyoming is better for riskier companies or those with personal creditors.

Let me know if I can be of service :)

    1) There are no refunds after the company has been formed.
    2) Contact me via PM (preferably) or here: [email protected]

    Summary
For the review, @drewp123 provided me with an LLC as well as an EIN as he advertises in his OP here.

    Service Highlights
    • Communication was very good (he and I both did a little work in the 4th of July for this).
    • The service provided was exactly as advertised.
    • The service was freaky fast. Some of that is on the authorities in the State but all the info was submitted quickly to them.
    • Everything was delivered by email.
    What Could Use Improvement

Initially inputting the information on the site was a little confusing as I left out a password and it gave me a different error message. That was rectified awfully quickly and there is a % of the error on my part for missing the field for a password.

    Additional Information

Here is a little bit of information for those of you that do not use an {LLC|C Corp|An entity aside from yourself} for business and even for some of your personal holdings. You might just be nuts.

Everything I do is inside an entity aside from myself to keep things neat and tidy, to help with the tax implications and to protect myself from any bad events that could happen due to a law suit of sorts.

Although all of our LLCs are not in the 2 mentioned States several of them are and they are perfect for some of the work we do that violates the ToS on some of the sites we market as well as some of the networks that pay us.

Same question. Also, what are the recurring expenses? How about audit and all? I am interested in this.

I have had couple of llc's in delaware way back in 2013 when offshore bank accounts were accepted for offshore companies so I do know its use with bank accounts.

Since you don't provide support for bank accounts/merchant services, how could one potentially use the LLC here?

Great questions. I am happy to answer them!

We don't require any documents. The only thing needed is a company name, owner names, and a contact address and phone. The owners and contact information is only for our internal records and is not shared.

The difference is who's information goes into the public record. Most states require the names of owners and managers, along with a personal address or phone sometimes. Our service lists our names, address, phone and email so you don't show up in a search.

    Beginning the second year:

    1) New Mexico is $49 per year. The state has no annual fees and our registered agent service (which the state requires) is $49. You may switch to another agent (but we are CHEAP).
    2) Wyoming is $99. That is a $50 annual report (State fee) and $49 for our registered agent service. The annual report asks for the name of the filer. You can have a friend do it, or for $50 we file it for you and we use our name (to keep you private).

Delaware offers similar LLCs, but their state fees are a few hundred dollars so they aren't price competitive. For the bank you may either sign up remotely (which can be difficult sometimes), or if you have friends/family/business partner in the US, then they can visit the bank for you.

    Interested in this, few questions.
If im EU based, what documentation is required for US bank account and is the bank account guaranteed?
Since im a foreigner, the bank account issued to my LLC is compatible with the merchant/credit card gateways which usually are available only for US citizens?
How long is the process approximately, forming an LLC to get access to the banking ?

@drewp123 awesome. The per year fee is well within our range. Is there any other cost involved to keep the llc going every year and for the first year? If so, what is the minimum money we have to spend to register and for each year? Can you mediate those for us? Let's say, opening bank account for a beginning.

I cannot help you open a bank account. The only way I could do it would be to go in and open it myself. Neither of us want this because then I would be liable for anything you did and I would have full control over the account. Depending on where you are, I recommend visiting a large multi-national bank such as Citi, HSBC, Chase, Barclays etc. They can open accounts for US LLCs. If opening the account in Europe, then you will generally need apostilled articles of organization as well. It's essentially a fancy seal that allows international banks to know the documents are legitimate.

The annual fee is $49 total in New Mexico and $99 in Wyoming (or $149 to stay anonymous in Wyoming). I cannot assist with the bank account.

A bank account is not guaranteed. A US bank usually requires:

    1) Articles of Organization (included in $149)
    2) Operating Agreement (included in $149)
    3) EIN ($175 for a foreigner)
    4) 2 forms of ID

Formation takes 1-3 days. The LLC is compatible with a merchant account, however every merchant is different and usually strict. I don't know of an easy way for a non-resident to get a merchant account.

Folllowing---interesting service, I love it. If I find a way to get a bank account in the LLC's name, it's gold.
