annoying links, how to remove?

When I'm building my wordpress blog. Some of the plugins, when I install them make a link down at the site. ( for example WP super cache ) and a few more. How do I remove those links from my site?

Most of these plugins in their back end has a Place to specify To give credit or link back to them you just remove the Tick in the Tick Box and save it.
