I know I've read about this here before, but I can't seem to find the thread. I'm new to ranking videos, and I just got a notice saying this:

Your video may include music that is owned by a third party.

Your video is available and playable.

    Here are the details:

"McKenzie Stubbert-Coquetry", sound recording administered by:rumblefish

Then it gives me the option to acknowledge or dispute it. It's just one of the tracks that animoto allows you to use. What should I do?

I get this all of the time. If you're using Animoto you have permission to use their music. Dispute it and add this link to your explanation:http://animoto.com/legal/commercial_terms

That used to get rid of them, but lately they've been rejecting the dispute, so I just leave it.

So I should just ignore it?

Dispute it, and there will be an option saying something like "I have permission to use this song because, blah, blah". Choose that option and write that you have permission because you are using Animoto and therefore have permission to use their music. Add the link I posted above. Like I said though, lately I've noticed them coming back saying that the dispute was rejected, so I just leave it. For some reason certain songs from Animoto set it off, while others are fine. If it persists I think they give you the option to use a song from YouTube if you have to.
