Hey everyone

so a while ago I made a thread in Misc BST but it got rejected due to some rules changed in recent times by BHW so I have been cautious not to repeat it and followed other sellers & after almost a year I am submitting my thread again.

But my question is:
DOES BHW Allow Animated Sales thread?

Animation = Gif file (includes different logos on the header & some other stuff)

I wanted to submit it but then I thought I should ask fellow members before I do so, NOT to waste the time of Moderation staff...

I also intended to clear it for people who would want to know about it after me as I couldn't find any relevant or Clear policy about it (maybe I don't really know where to look for it).

Hopefully, it gets answered in time before I submit my thread.

BTW, i saw people are using animated thread but still want to be clear!
Thanks, everyone for taking the time to read it

There are at least three active BST threads that I know of that have animations. I don't think it would be a problem, personally, so long as your animations are legit and not too resource-heavy.

It's not a waste of our time to answer your questions, especially since we answer them in here anyway.

There are no rules against having gifs in your sales thread. However, if a marketplace moderator notices the page loading too slowly for them to go through, they can reject the sales thread.

Be wary of including too many gifs or images in your sales thread as not all of your potential customers will have a great internet connection.

There are loads of cases where threads are approved with rule or content standard violations, so it's good that you asked before submitting.
