I don't know how many out there buy Angelas packets but I do and I am going to stop.

For 5 bux I figured they are good value but now she has lost the plot as she is password protecting the pdf files so they can only be opened once which means you can't see them yourself AND send them to your outsource company!

She's claiming that too many people are sharing them so this is the way she thinks she can stop that but a) I really havent seen them shared so much and b) When I pay her I don't expect to not be able to give them to my outsourcers just because she thinks she's missing out on the odd $5 here and there!

Bottom line if that's the way she wants to play it then it is actually easier to stop paying the $5 and just take the shared links or even better just SB them...

Anyone else pissed off about it?

When I have paid her for months and months ignoring the fact I could get the links for free it makes me wonder why I bothered when she just decides to make life tough for us and won't change her policy...

Gripe over! I feel better :)

Angela if you read this - think it through girl you are just making your customers get the links from the shares instead of paying you... Counter productive I think?

Actually it is probably a good thing.
Her links will be more valuable if they aren't being posted on by as many people. The PR will have more effect from the page you get the link from.

Lol...This makes me rethink subscribing to her packets...Might as well find someone else if this is the way she goes...What's the point of having this packets if i cant send them to my outsources? That means i have to do all the work myself in one shot and no way am i interested in that.I'll just take my business else where.

No one will end up using them as i personally am to lazy to sign up to all of them and get my links up...Yes they become more valuable but they become less valuable to her as no one will use her and probably purchase a list from else where the way i plan on going...I have outsources and i plan on making them work...thats the key thing..

I agree. I have no problem with the security as long as idiots aren't spamming the links killing all the good links she finds.

If you don't like it, you can find them yourself.

I honestly don't think she cares how many people stop using her service. I'm sure she has hundreds, probably thousands of subscribers, that's enough money to weed out the spammers.

Why don't you just get a pdf to txt converter and be done with it?

Here is the one I use

    http://www.brothersoft.com/office-convert-pdf-to-doc-text-rtf-free-download-204789.html

If you want to convert to a doc or excel they will charge you (gotta register and pay them) but it converts pdf to txt for free and works great for me.

Several others out there that do the same thing if you want to shop around. I'd just convert those pdf files and call it a day. If she really made me angry I might find a place to share them after converting them :)

    Best regards

You can take a screen cap of your pdf and send that to your outsourcer. ;)

I could easily print then scan one of these at work and OCR it. (Optical Character Recognition) and then output it to whatever I want.

The pdf to text would work, if they are actually text and not an image as you cant select just an image and past the text. The entire image gets pasted. Im not sure how the previous software mentioned works but its possible it is using some kind of OCR technology. I somewhat doubt it but its possible.

If any of you have access to a scanner with OCR capabilities, just print it, scan it at 300 dpi and then you should have no problem, copy and paste it from the scan to wherever you want :D

Wooo hooo finally something that may contribute

Just did some research on it being available on a PC but you would first need to output the pdf as a tiff and then OCR from there

    http://www.freeocr.net/

Has a few programs. Im not sure how she forms her PDF's but if they are images then you will need to use something like one of these to rip the links out. You "may" have to convert it to a .tiff upon opening the file though.

This is if you want to do it on your pc. No idea if it will work but it would be the only way I am familiar with.

I deal with this shit all day at work

    No doubt
I never payed for them but if I did I would want them to be more secure so they get less spammed to death.

I personally don't think profile links are that great though...

Yet when she sends out a new list, over 1,000 people recieve this list, pay good money for it and use it, every forum URL she posts, at least 1,000 people will sign up to that forum, that day.

I dread to think how many other suckers she has paying $5/month, but it adds up, $5k/month for sending out a e-mail, not bad eh?

I used to subscribe but found that a significant percentage got quickly ripped out after posting. Figured it was a better use of my time to find appropriate links using SB it's actually quite easy to pull out 30 high PR forum links so save the $5. According to link assistant despite them being from high domain sites. The profile links have little if any rank. Is this correct?

I honestly don't know why people are subscribed.

Last I checked she was sending the exact same list of sites to ALL of her members every month. That certainly isn't a good thing.

It's pretty easy to find your own, anyway..

Is there any real value in $5? I can't buy a lunch for that amount. You get what you pay for. She sends it 1,000 members the same list and that isn't spammed like hell? How many subscribe and share with their networks? I imagine a 1,000 member list gets 2,000 views at least. I think you're better off throwing your $5 away on a lottery ticket - JMHO.

Guys relax... As mentioned before you can just download a pdf decompiler and strip out all the protection. PDF's just aren't secure, period. Get to Google find a decompiler and be done with it.
