Or you could POST in the forums, that would give a bit of 'energizing' to the backlink - leaving a profile stale without using it is pretty much the same as having a blog and not post anything to it.
 
Put links anywhere you can regardless of what the PR is now. They're like wine - they get better and more potent with age :)
