Years ago "law of attraction" was a hot thing and gullible people were likely to buy some related product.

But after years of affiliates promoting LoA products they saturated the market

People got desensitized to "spiritual extremism" (because lets be honest, LoA is a tool for selfish, delusional people that want to "hack" the universe) so they needed another type of extremism, another easy way to success.

Boom! Sociopolitical Extremism made its appearance.

Now, how long will that shit last?

How long will modern pseudo teachers sell extremism to scared youth that look for an escape from the rat race?

I give it 5 years at most.

You can get in this too, you can start your own variant of hateful ideology and be "based" and make a few sales on infoproducts. Basically an internet cult.

You are right, what he is doing isn't anything new. It started out with law of attraction/cheesy get rich courses, then Tai Lopez came along and modernized the guru game, and Andrew tate took it to an extreme level of milking the masses with the most inflammatory methods of marketing. But I don't think what he is doing is easily duplicable by anyone. He's got a nuclear personality and is really good at staying relevant in the news, if most people tried to copy what he does they would fail.

If someone were to think of it like a fiction writer and like an actor, he could produce edgy content and then film it. A lot of authors try to come up with compelling characters and they somewhat succeed in making them look realistic. If someone were to follow that approach for his internet persona, he could make an andrew tate 2.0. The main difficulty is to protect your private life from this. Maybe hollywood actors know something about how to maintain privacy when so many people have a parasocial relationship with them

You forgotten about me. I can stay in the news all day long. Just I don't want to spend nights in jail. So I won't do that.

Unfortunately LoA was not taught correctly, and heavily marketed to low emotion individuals, the same way Tate has targeted low emotion individuals.

LOA works, you become what you think about, and you create your own reality. People just choose not to create, and take on a victim mentality, or just don't take a moment to think for themselves and decide what they really want.

Wise words by Henry Ford... If most people said what they were thinking, they'd be speechless.

The world is pretty fucked and to deny that by writing it off with your mainstream media-infused buzzword of choice "sociopolitical extremism" is incredibly lame. Tate's message is that you need to better yourself as a person because the people in charge don't give a shit about you, which is pretty obvious if you've been paying attention since Feb 2020. Now show me your vaccination card young man you need it to post here

It's possible but unlikely for most people. At the end of the day he's a huge celebrity, if people could fake their way to that level of fame by acting and playing the part of a fictional character, they would. There's only so many people that can reach that level of fame, it isn't easy.

Plus, in the case of Andrew tate, he was already a small celebrity and pro athlete before he became what he is now. And he was also already very rich from sex cam models. You can see old videos on youtube from 6 years ago and he already had lambos and ferraris but at that time his videos were getting only a few thousand views, all of these elements combined were necessary for him to be this famous. If someone tried to fake it, they'd have to be an incredible actor, at which point they'd have been famous from acting anyways and wouldn't need to sell courses on getting rich

Heres my pitch. "do you want all the ladies? do u want all the money. if so give me 15000 dollars for a course you don't really need, u become gigachad."

Tate's message is that you need to better yourself as a person because the people in charge don't give a shit about you
I would probably change that to
'Tate's message is to spread hate towards women, the working class and to anyone who isn't a 'sigma male'. He lures naive young men to an internet cult and milks them as much as he can.
'Buy my course and escape the rat race'.

Mind explaining how LoA really works or directing me to the right way? Personally, I think that it's just an NLP technique, it installs confidence without installing knowledge to back this confidence, so it's ultimately pointless. If you get enough knowledge you can change your life.

I am unvaxxed just like many others. Being unvaxxed doesn't make anyone special, and bettering yourself is a common sense advice, obviously we are not supposed to be stagnant.

Very good points, it is comments like this the reason I'm coming back to BHW. Very good insights.

I don't like what you say, so I'm not speechless.

Now I am a mfer.

Obviously stated by someone who has done 30 seconds of research. He doesn't have a course, he has an education portal with 15+ full fledged programs, massive communities, and missions/coaching from vetted millionaires and experts in their respective fields. Sure maybe he hams it up a bit, but that is for marketing. However if you don't think the endless spending of the federal government, declining influence of the united states as the global superpower, and increasingly creepy lockstep coordination of the government, mainstream media, hollywood, and major tech companies isn't becoming a problem then I wonder if you're even paying attention.

There are tons of disenfranchised young men out there with no support network whatsoever who are fed a constant diet of porn, mcdonalds, and shit advice like "get a degree so you can get a job" which I doubt you agree with. Tate's message is a good one, if you don't like it because he said women act like hoes if they are given the social freedom to do so (paraphrasing) then I guess you can just stay out of the cult

Yeah. My brother who has best grades at school used that platform. There must be something to it. I think he can bring value.

I act like a hoe too. I have nothing against it. :D

I could argue that his so-called 'education portal' is just a glorified/cloaked 'Make money online bs course'.

I don't really see how selling one a 'Get rich with Amazon affiliate' impacts any of those things.
He has built an internet cult around those things you've stated. However, do you really think that he cares one bit about those things? He just uses his extreme opinions and cult as a lead funnel to his so-called 'education portal'.

Though, we are both entitled to our own opinions and I don't really care to discuss this matter further with you.

Hahaha triggered.

He could get rid of misoginy part.

That's like saying "all men will steal and kill given occasion". Bullshit.

The fact that you need to make the distinction between course and "education portal" in his defence is hilarious. The guy makes money off of gullible people who need to pay to learn things that for the most part, have been freely available on the internet for years. If you fit into that category, I'm sorry if I offend you by saying this but it's the truth. His way of making money was the whole point of this discussion.

The irony about Andrew Tate is that he talks about escaping the matrix, yet he has created his own matrix in a way. When his trial ends and he goes to jail, there will be hundreds of thousands or possibly millions of people who will genuinely believe that he has been falsely imprisoned by some shadow people on entirely fake evidence.

And FWIW, i agree with Tate on almost 90% of political issues, vaccines, government abusing power, etc. I've known about him a lot longer than most people, when he wasn't famous at all (before 2019). Back then he would openly brag about crimes like bribing government officials, having sex with 16 year old "untouched" girls, paying to have people assaulted, and more. This is when nobody knew who he was and he didn't really give a shit. Now he's playing the role of the good boy muslim who is a changed man.

I'm eating 7th burger off 9-5 and I don't feel like my 9-5 was a rat race. So possibly all this stuff is bullshit as rat race imo exists only in certain places and not going to 9-5 isn't escaping rat race cause not every 9-5 is qualified as rat race.

I want to highlight people in IM and on the internet many times fall victim of this thinking that jobs are bad and internet is good. No, internet is worse if you're living in a civilized condition

In this case online money is probably race to the bottom and it became the true rat race. Ironic as hell!

I prefer Robert Kiyosaki over Tate, Tate even stole some stuff from him. Kiyosaki has some bs with his stuff but it's not off the walls crazy, nor is he misogynistic.

Kiyosaki said the debt in business is what it is. He spoke facts about it. And that's how I remember him.

Now with Tate I don't think he's giving good image of a businessman to kids.

Basically relationships make you remember experience differently.

With Tate you could even assume selling drugs and marketing is essentially the same thing.

I found a 3 hour roast of Andrew Tate. This guy is some sort of "a new age philisopher". Talks like BHW users sometimes.
