Analyze Crafty Competitor WP Site - Reverse Engineer - Duplicate by 10X

I have a competitor who is a PITA (pain in the ass). He is in the same industry as me. He used to work for me. He has a lot of experience with WP and SEO. Now he's my competitor and he's destroying me and everyone in the SERP's. It's frustrating as hell because he's a total liar and a dick. He's doing some crafty shit on his site. I don't want to do any illegal stuff but just copy the stuff that's working. I need an in depth analysis of WTF he's doing, how he structured his site, and how we can beat his ass at his own game. I'm not looking for the same BS SEO spiel. I want someone who knows what this dick is doing and WHY it's working. Then help implement on my site. This competitor is an arrogant, self centered douche and it's time to take him down a few pegs. Anybody interested? If I sound pissed off....it's because I am. I'm getting beat out by a dick who knows more about manipulating google, not because he's more skilled at the trade. Looking for someone who can identify what this guy is doing - 100%. Thanks.

P.S. I have done A LOT of research into his site but not 100% sure what he's doing that's making a difference or how to duplicate it.
