I'm looking for opinions on which source is best for traffic that not only shows up on Google Analytics, but has a chance of passing their periodic audits.

Are any traffic exchanges known to be able to achieve this? I've been looking at a lot of 1:1 exchanges, but I'm fairly new at the fake traffic game.

What audit? Google Analytics doesn't audit your site as far as I know. I don't use it though, but I'm pretty certain they don't. Most types of traffic will show up in Google analytics. You may even email the traffic exchange service and ask them the same question.
