In the last days i've been wondering how I could create a dashboard in a simple way but that looks good, without the need of programming.
I'm thinking if there exists like a software that could permit me, to connect to a database, and configure some queries in order to obtain some organized metrics in a dashboard

The problem is that actually I have to get information from multiple sources, like Google Analytics/Mixpanel (for funnel analytics), my affiliate tool, and even the sql database itself.

The idea is to get most of the info by quering the SQL DB or the API and structure the data, like a Business Inteligence software or something like this, but a little bit simpler, not a hassle to learn, and configure it.

Maybe this is nearly impossible, but if you know something it would be great to know

Thanks in advance! :)

Awesome, thanks for the info

I'm checkin out tableau, looks really good... and expensive (i dont know the prices yet anyway). It is not a just sign-up and start, needs some learning process, but looks pretty simple overall

Bitttle looks pretty poor, and does not permit sql integration under pro subscription (>$150/mo)
Dashzen and The Dash does not allow mysql integrations at all

Finally clicdata, only have the $50 integration with SQL, is not that expensive but the prolem is that i tried to sign up and is dead the site (at this moment :-) I expect they restore anytime soon to test it out)

Checking out Tableau i see this something in Quora (still not allow to post urls)
Only Online costs $500 anually + $999 for desktop personal edition ($1999 pro edition)... is not unexpensive as I expected (I have to admit the interface is really pro)
We need something simpler (and significantly cheaper). Definitely dashboards are somehow a luxury in the business world (oriented I suppose for consultants). That is the moment to trully think on doing it by ourselves :-(

BTW: Clicdata is still dead :p
EDIT 2: Finally tried Clicdata and looks really pro. Similar to Tableau (not that complete, but fulfils the requirements, and even I could see that exceeds).
