Here's what I'm thinking. There are like 1000 skilled members here, on BHW who are particularly proficient in one area or another, but probably struggle in other areas.

For example, two members are formidable niche researchers and have access to all the tools they need, but suck at e-mail marketing, whereas there are 7 other members who used to do e-mail marketing for some big enterprise, but they know only little about WP programming.

The point is we can JV only with our skills and means, but we can do it together, all of us. Someone who previously had leadership skills can pull a whole project like this together.

The math is, we rack up a large number of skilled members. For 1000 members to get $1000/mo. means all of us must work towards the $1,000,000/mo. Someone here definitely is trusted enough, and has the means to control this sum every month.

Let's say this would be a list of requirements, for 100 members (regardless of the skills), we're going to do this the "play-a-tycoon" way:

Target: 25 websites to make $4000 / month
Niche/Microniche: who's a good, trusted niche researcher, all members can make suggestions
SEO: 5 for back-linking, 2 for traffic, whoever else can help on this
Marketing: whoever can do offline / online
Social / Other means: again, whoever is also proficient on this one
Design: 5 dark-hat professional designers to get them done by tomorrow (including me), one of the marketers maybe
Programming: I'm also good on this one, whoever else is
Management / Money: accounting skills anyone?
Security and Trust: BHW admin & mods (I don't think we can trust anyone else) can hold the all the account and send the money to the right place.

Investors: none. We're only putting our skills and means on the table
Profit sharing: equally to anyone. We're all doing our part here and what the particular skill is should not matter. Gears should be as equally as important.

List is incomplete, but I want to know what you think about this. Please review, discuss and let the others know what your thoughts are.
    Thank you.

Draft below. Correct it if it's too lame.

Uhum... sorry... one question... you use the word we...

Who are you and what makes you think that you would secure a place in such a JV?

well this plan sounds great on paper... but with such a big number of people participating to this will be a pain in the ass for the leader to organize it.
Personally I don`t think this could work

Yeah this would be horrible to organize. You would also have the issue of the fact that it is a completely even split and some people may deserve more/less depending on if they were pulling their weight.

I'm going to attempt to answer.
I'm a programmer (& cheap stealer when it comes to design). Been doing web programming for the last 6 years and I'm damn solid at Wordpress. But IM and SEO beats the hell out of me.

But I bet somebody here on BHW has the right tools (and is not selfish enough) to secure an entire JV like this one.

For example, I can throw on the table hourly e-mail reports on file integrity checks, file checksums + IonCube on all systems, to ensure nobody touches code without permission. This is something I can do in my area. But I can't think about how to get people to buy products. I'm not good at that.

I hope this clears out a few things.

This can work with people that can get together in RL and sort all the details first face to face. It does sound good but it's a pain to manage otherwise.
It's a lot of money to be made but that would mean a lot of trust issues.
    Good luck on your venture.

I find it interesting that almost 50% of the voters are from Romania. Fine. I'm Romanian too and we can meet together. Who else is a Romanian skilled in one area, we can put together a group on Skype. I already have two contacts who can supply facebook accounts for example.

    Multa sanatate. ;)

Things like this never work because people are very secretive about their niches and incomes. Like some people have said a group of experts who can meet face to face and discuss projects is a much better idea.

Okay, here's a WIP abstract on the whole story. If you would like to get into the planning, please alter the document and reattach.

Also, please post your skills (what you can do and would do) and propositions if you have any.

Yes you are correct. I'm reserved too when it comes to sharing, but I'm willing to put all that xp on the table if I know it will get me cash. I look for people who would do the same.

It is cool in theory. But it is a challenge to prevent scamming, freeloaders, etc. There would need to be structure, like running a network.

I was thinking the other day how a mafia type family of blackhatters could build so much wealth, even more than a real italian mafia. The anonymity of the internet would even provide another safe barrier for them in terms of law enforcement cracking down on activities. The only reason people know that mafias exist to this day is because of squealers who knew real names of their captains, that wouldn't happen really in this situation so I could see unlimited expansion and profits from 1000 blackhat minds working together.

Like I said it is an awesome theory but the challenge is the structure.

But things like this do exist, I know the russians and chinese have hacker/blackhat gangs which utilize hundreds of minds and make millions.

Okay, you want PayPal? Take PayPal.
I can build this income with web programming alone, and that's not all of it. I have projects on Elance and hiring opportunities all across the damn city. I know how to make money, I'm not new in this. Read the title again. I'm looking for skills and getting something done for the community, not herding minions together.

If you can't say something positive just let it be, man.

All that work for chump change?
If you ain't making at least $4000/mo already I wouldn't even call you a half skilled
    IMer.

Looking at those figures this is all about high earners raising the income level
of low earners with out any benefit of their own.

Skilled IMers don't need designers, backlinkers, programmers ect. We outsource all that.
    Skilled IMers are strategists.

5 Good IMers working together would make more than your sum total.
