An idea - i think it might work

Hey guys,
I've got n idea that i wanna share with you that may work.
And a bit of technical help would be appreciated.
So here goes.
If i've got 2 offers 1 that pays per click and one that pays per email submit.
Then I can redirect the visitor so I'll get paid for the click and then paid if he'll submit his email address.

The problem's that i've got technical issues with that.
I know that there is a way to pop the pop up in the back, don't know how to do it.
Does hidden cookie awards me a click (in the offers that pays per click)?

Code on the page that would credit me the click account and then redirect to visitors to the offer page.

do you think that the affiliate network can track that the page i'm sending them traffic for is a redirection page?
Do they care?
Or i'll need to make it:
Traffic source -> page w/ redirection + popup -> page w/redirection -> offer page

You might be able to do this with a godcpa type tool. First they fill out the cpa through your frame, then you redirect to where you want them to click (either direct to the url if that's all you need, or if they have to click for real then take them to the page you want them to click on).
