    Hi,

Right, 1st off I have been an avid READER of BHW for ages but have been guilty of not adding to the community.

It's about time I changed that so as an act of goodwill here is an easy way to make some cash.

I do this and get pretty good results.

This admittedly isnt rocket science but it is effective.

    Tools used:
Tweet attacks (Easily the best twitter tool, and I've had them all, plus Jay updates the software all the time. Highly recommend it)
    Social Oomph
    Twitterfeed
    Fiverr

1)Get a twitter account and follow people in the make money online niche.
(I use tweet attacks and follow the followers of the "big name" marketers)
I actually have a few twitter accounts with what amounts to almost 5000 followers for this little project. I'm guessing most on here will have at least one twitter list in the IM niche.

2)Go to google and find some RSS feeds that are about making money online. Get a free twitterfeed account and point the rss feeds to your relevant twitter accounts. Don't overdo it, you just want a steady stream of free content for your twitter accounts. (If you already have IM autoblogs, just use your own RSS feeds)

3)Go to Fiverr and create some gigs. (There are plenty of threads on here about Fiverr gigs) I find that offering bookmarking and other generic IM services are the way to go here. A lot of people might argue that Fiverr is swamped with these gigs but it doesn't matter cos you are generating your own traffic. You don't need to stand out amongst the other Fiverr users.

4)Go to social oomph and schedule some tweets. I usually get social oomph to make 1 post every hour every day. The point here is to create recurring tweets that send people to your fiverr gigs. Create spinnable text for your tweets here. Social oomph allows you to use spinnable syntax.
I usually make it so there are 24 different versions of the tweets so it always posts something different. I also use budurl to create maybe half a dozen different urls for each gig so the same link doesn't appear in all the posts.

The tweets will be things like "No way, I just got 3000 bookmarks for $5. Absolute bargain! YOURWEBSITE" Or whatever service it is that you are offering. Just try and get the click.

    Thats it.

It takes maybe 2 hours max to set it all up. And just runs forever.

    Recap

So you have Fiverr gigs, then you have a twitter account with a few rss feeds supplying the "content" then you have social oomph scheduling your recurring tweets that link back to Fiverr.

I have between 3-4000 views to all my Fiverr gigs so far just from running this for a few weeks. Made about $400 so far from easy to do automated "jobs". Conversions arent high but there is enough traffic that conversions don't need to be high.

Just as an extra contribution, you do not need to use this method to promote Fiverr gigs. If you need traffic for any niche you can do this.

Lets say the niche is Golf.

Follow some golf lists on twitter, offer them a free gift (plr golf ebook or some other relevant freebie) as a way of getting people to follow back.
Get a few RSS feeds on golf from Sky sports, bbc etc. so they get value from being your follower.
Then use social oomph to schedule the tweets to, lets say, golf clubs on amazon, or a golf product on clickbank etc.

I like to think of twitter as my own "radio" station where they get relevant content mixed up with my adverts.

It is so easy to drive lots of targeted traffic to any offer with twitter. Just supply the twitter users with relevant feeds and schedule your adverts to mix in with the feeds.

Twitter has overtaken Google for most of my traffic now on most of my sites. It is a reliable traffic source for ANY niche IMO.

I hope this is useful to someone.

    Cheers BHW

Pretty good method. Not that hard to implement and straightforward - good job.

Ok, maybe I'm missing something here. How can I add my link to other people's rss feeds? The link will direct to their page, not mine. Or are you talking some posts lead to other peoples feeds, and only the ones from social oomph have my links in them?

Why not use TweetAttacks to schedule your posts instead of social oomph?

You don't have your links on other peoples RSS feeds, you just use the RSS feeds to supply relevant content to the twitter account.

You don't want all your links to be promotions. You want to treat the RSS feeds as the content.

CNICK - I had social oomph before I got tweet attacks and have been used to scheduling my posts in there.

Plus tweet attacks is on my spare computer and is running almost 24/7 in the multi follow/unfollow mode going through all my twitter accounts. I have the timings spread a little longer on tweet attacks and it does take an age for it to get through them all.

Plus, if I forget to switch tweet attacks on, the messages would not get posted, whereas in social oomph the run all the time as its hosted online.

    Hope that makes sense.

that's a good idea... so the important thing is you get the traffic from fiverr?

    Thats correct.

The only reason I mentioned fiverr however was to give people who are struggling an easy monetization method.

I much prefer to use this strategy to promote relevant cpa offers, or other products.

    Or, even better,

Set up an autoblog in your niche of choice and fill the autoblog up with your adsense and banners, cpa offers etc etc.

Then use the rss feed from the autoblog instead of other peoples rss feeds.

This way you can pepper your twitter with your adverts, supply the content with YOUR OWN blog and then get a chance of turning the traffic into money once they come to your blog. (This means you are not leaking traffic to other people)

I am in the middle of setting up a more elaborate plan at the moment.

I am setting up a cluster of blogs in one niche and using the rss feeds from all the blogs to plug into twitter.

I also have a cluster of twitter accounts in the same blog and using twitterfeed to plug the rss feeds into all the twitter accounts.

The more twitter accounts the better too.

When using tweet attacks it is relatively easy to get up close to 2000 followers.

I have a few accounts that the followers are up to a few thousand but the rate of growth is slower after you hit 2000 due to the twitter restraints.

So, I would always say it is far quicker to get say 3 twitter accounts up to about 2000 than it is to get one account up to 6000.

There is not really a duplicate content issue with tweets. Plus, when you use spinnable text in social oomph, there are never the same posts going into the different twitter accounts at the same time anyway.

Something else I don't think I mentioned is the following:

When you use social oomph, you can set it up to automatically send a DM whenever someone follows you. So what you do is offer a free gift in your welcome Direct message. Obviously you host the gift on one of your blogswhich means that the simple act of getting followers acts as a traffic source as well as all the blog posts.

Once this is up and running, the dependance on google really does drop. I think it's less risky. You can take away Googles power over you if you create your own traffic source on twitter.

Still, I enjoy the organic Google traffic too though :D

For this to work though I have found you need to really have a decent gift that is highly relevant and of value for people to actually take it.

I also found that this doesn't work even a 1/4 as well in the IM niche as it does in other niches. Probably because people in the IM niche are bombarded with freebies all the time.

This technique really is good for non IM related niches.

The last step in automating this is by getting social bookmarking sorted out for the autoblogs.

I have been trying to connect my content into Ping.fm but for some reason Ping.fm have stopped supporting the twitterfeed api connection.

I use howie schwarz's bookmark generation for this but I do have to fill things in manually.

Does anyone here know how to get your autoblogs to automatically post to ping.fm?

    Cheers

I`ve hear from people doing this kind of promotion with cpa markting and they do pretty well, 200-300 per day

I use a plugin called shorten2ping. Just have to add your Ping.fm api key and everytime your autoblog posts it sends it off to Ping also.

Thanks for that, do you know if they are linking directly to CPA offers from Twitter or are they on their blogs or are they blackhatting the leads (Blanking referrer etc)

Tell us more if you know it :D

I would like to say you did a fucking excellent job providing some very good content to this forum. This is a very good post, i mean i have seen a lot of posts for bringing traffic to autoblogs or blogs using SEO , but your way of bringing traffic to your blogs or sites is a very good one especially when is combined with some good SEO you can easily make some very successful blogs.

I am trying to invest some of my FB money into some long term or something like autoblogs, and I just found another way i can bring traffic into my new project of autoblogs. Thanks a lot for your contribution. I can tell you its hard now a days finding some good info on this forum with all those newbie threads popping up "how do i make money" . They should start with this thread since its pretty much a basic easy method.

Well it was way back am talking back april and march, i did the usual way back before fw and other tools came along. I was using the same exact method that i had in my tutorial, all it took was 30 accounts back then and i made over 2k a month working a few hours a day. I used ************** but now shit isnt good in fb, you really do need a system and more numbers so am moving over to autoblogs and youtube and will surely comeback to fb only after i get some more money for a few copies of ffap and some dedicated hosting and a couple blocks of ips then I will surely have a system in place.

I was doing the old 3 step fbml code.

Thanked your post for the twitter traffic idea alone. Looks like a great way to jump start a few of my lists.
