Hi, I'm looking for an expired domain for my money site.

I selected this 5 from a list of 6.000 mnually scraped expired domain. But since I'm a newbie, could you please help me choose my first domain? Which one is the best among this five? Thank you

The top 3 I found where TF > CF:

First domain: TF: 15, CF: 11, 308 external link, 101 referring domain, 14 IP. DA: 21, PA: 1. Expired in 2009, but the backlinks alive are from good sites.

Second domain: TF: 17, CF: 12, 571 external link, 92 referring domain, 16 IP. DA: 24, PA: 30. Expired in 2008, but the backlinks alive are from good sites.

Third domain: TF: 17, CF: 15, 1433 external link, 194 referring domain, 28 IP. Expired in 2010, but the backlinks alive are from good sites.

The top 2 with higher DA:

First domain: DA: 28, PA: 38. TF 12, CF 16, 2337 backlinks, 95 referring domain, 60 IP. Expired in 2013.

    Second domain: DA: 27, PA: 13. TF 13, CF 18, 1242 backlinks, 31 referring domain, 30 IP. Expired in 2013. (*)

This are the best I found. I don't think I will be able to find anything better, probably the best has already been registered.
The backlinks profile of all of this links doesn't seems to be spammed and come from the same niche. Anchor ratio are good except for those I marked as (*) at the end.

It's an important choice, I hope someone will help me... thank you

Anyone can tell you which domain he would think is the best but you can't find out without looking at the backlink profiles.
A website can have backlinks from good domains like huffpost, buzzbundle etc but can have in same time spammed links :d.

So i would go with the first domain from high DA category :) if he has good backlink profile :).

I would say go for the two with higher DA, because the amount of backlinks really mean nothing if they are all shit links.

What do you guys think of hosting 30 PBN domains on the same hosting company?

What do you think about getting them all tied together and effectively making them useless.

Thought about it. My tests showed, after 2 months, 20 PBNS hosted on one server with different IP's showed no ties. Linking 1 out 10 articles back to my site, and blocking all bots in my htaccess file. So I'm wondering if hosting on the same server is a misconception made by many on BHW.

Not it's not a misconception. The day you have a manual review, it would be easy for them to see that 20 Links comes from the same hosting company. It will raise a small flag that will lead to deeper review and eventually banning this PBN if they find it too fishy.

Made by the many people who have been doing this for the past few years. You think two months of testing garners you reliable results in SEO? You really think that?

2 months is certainly not enough for testing. I'll show you my results in 6 months. :)

That's more like it. I know that I've made the mistake myself and put them on separate hosting. The overhead isn't much to cover monthly once you get off your feet - so to speak.

    Why?

It has better Backlinks/RD ration than any other domain.
    100 RD is pretty good.

Yes, agreed. I tried to manage 3 PBN's all separate registrars and separate hosting, with separate payment types, with HMA! IP's and it was hell for me!

That's about what I do now. It's not that difficult, it's all about finding a proper source to manage your data.

    Thank you guys.
I registered the first of the two domain with higher DA, as you suggested.
Yahoo search already indexed my domain in around 12 hours. Only the homepage though, but I think it's normal.
Now I'm waiting for google. Hope there won't be any problem. I registered the domain on webmaster console and I didn't get any penalt message.

    Thank you again :)

You outsource this shit? Or use some sort of program? I was gonna throw a friend of mine $20/w per domain, but then realized that will be a huge overhead haha
