For about a year now, people in the states can use 3rd party tethering apps to tether all they want on an unlimited data plan without paying extra for more tether data or for a tethering plan. Around the time the fcc ruling came and for a few weeks there was alot of information about being able to tether for free now.

But since then Most of the stuff I'm finding on google is from before the rules even came into affect for mobile telcoms. So could the telcoms be boosting the SEO of the forum threads and site posts from before the new rules so that people don't find out about the ruling?
