Amazon Web Services or other hosting?

I'm trying to decide if I should use Amazon S3 cloud hosting or should I use other hosting provider such as DigitalOcean? Anyone here want to share your experience using both? How difficult to set it up?

I'm reading through Amazon hosting tutorials and the words used are kind of different, things like creating a bucket. My previous hosting experience was using HostGator cPanel a long time ago.

If I use Amazon S3, then I use it together with Cloudfront. If I use another hosting company, then I probably use it together with Cloudflare CDN.

I'm doing paid ads so I need a hosting provider that can handle heavy traffic while minimizing cost and maybe install a tracker on it too. I would also like to install a Wordpress site on it too. My only experience was using shared hosting a long time ago so I don't have any experience with Amazon Web Services or VPS or dedicated hosting setup.

Depending on what you're trying to host. if wordprress you can directly launch wordpress with amazon lightsail for as low as $5 and you can scale higher.

Digitalocean and the likes are also great but I will choose amazon over them. Just a few tutorials and you will be able to set up your domain in no time

Happy with GTHost.com servers. This decent web host offers fast international network, friendly technical support and 100% customer satisfaction.

I'm doing media buying, running paid traffic campaigns on ad networks. So I just need a hosting provider that isn't too hard or confusing to set up, not too expensive, and can handle a lot of traffic. First, I want to install Wordpress on the server and use it to create my business website, a simple Wordpress ad agency website. Then I will be using a lot of simple CPA landing page sites in html/css/javascript.

I'm considering Amazon Web Services but some of the terms used in the tutorials are different than what I'm used to and can be somewhat confusing. I'm also looking at LiquidWeb, DigitalOcean, Rackspace and Vultr for their VPS/Dedicated server setup.

You don't need AWS bro go with any vps hosting and put cloudflare in front of it. AWS just complicates things. Use openlitespeed with cyberpanel is my advice.

AWS is overkill. Get any VPS like DO, Vultr. They have one-click setups for nearly everything you need.

Yeah, I feel like I am making this more complicated than it should be. My only hosting experience was using HostGator shared hosting cpanel many years ago. Amazon hosting has new terms and setup that I am not familiar with. Maybe I will look at AWS again later but for now, I think I will start with a VPS and upgrade to Dedicated if needed.

You have an easy decision here, and if you don't want to complicate things, just contact @DamoHG from Hostgnome. They are seller from the BHW marketplace and will provide you an easy solution.
