Amazon US review outsourcing

Looking to outsource verified amazon ebook reviews, reviews need to be unique and made with established US amazon accounts.

Ideally want to get to a stage where I can simply give someone a link to a book and they supply me with 3 decent reviews that will stick for a set price per book. Price per set of reviews is negotiable depending on quality.
