Amazon - Questions about Amazon Ghost account

Hi
I read in the past something about Amazon ghost accounts. Is it still possible to do so and if it is - Are they validated for over 10K of sales (as the law requires 10K and then you need to submit stuff).
If it is still relevant - How much should I expect it to cost? I`ll find where to buy it from in case its relevant - I know some places but I need some info before.

and no Im not suspended on Amazon but I have an idea and to execute it I need a different unrelated account for various reasons.

For a seller account this is nearly impossible to do now with the new section 3 issues.

Amazon has gotten extremely strict with sellers. It's almost impossible to get ungated for the good brands now. Walmart is a little more open these days but sales aren't as good on there. I know a bunch of guys killing it with Tiktok shop but even they force you to upload some type of supply chain for certain brands. I'd just to do legit it's not worth the headache getting banned and starting over.

No one has the volume of amazon though.
