Amazon Product Links: Still get paid for clicks that led to other sales?

    Hi:

    I've been considering using Amazon product links for my newest venture. Just one question, though:

    If a user clicks on a product link, and either buys things that are entirely different or buys things in addition to the product linked to, do I still get the commission for it?

    Absolutely. I would say I get about 1/8 of my sales on other crap that I don't list.

    In fact, I sold some ben wa balls recently. (Note: I only sell hardware type products) I hope this person was happy shoving them up their ass, I made some money!

    the answer is yes, people can click on auto parts and end up buy a magazine or t-shirt, you'll still get the commission as long as it's still under 24 hours.

    I would say 90% of my sales are different than what I was trying to sell. As long as your link got them there, and they buy, you get the credit.
