why amazon polly API?

you can get tons of TTS options and better which is integrated with WP. or already has WP plugins.

So building the site itself will be free but the API and WP plugin won't be.

I've no idea. ttsmp3.com I've found this website which is ranking on google with several text to speech keywords and using amazon Polly API. Its a custom website not built on WordPress that's why I thought to build one same like that and make money with placing google ads.
