I haven't been with amazon long, but I have a good keyword with low completion and decent searches but amazon is in the domain

    It would be keywordamazon.com

If I can't have amazon in domain could I get that domain ranked with amazon ranked, then point to another domain then to amazon? Not sure i make sense

I doubt amazon would be happy with Amazon in the domain name. Unless you're some how tricky with it and make it like a real amazon and not the store lol.
Wait, is that what you were asking with your last question maybe?

I don't think it is a good idea to have amazon in the domain name. Unless, as already Jon_xx_x mentioned, you are talking about the river.

Come here get your Amazon scuba gear. Amazon fishing poles. Amazon mosquito netting. Amazon swimwear.

By the way, they work great even if you're not using them on the Amazon.
