Amazon Fulfillment Program! (Guidance/Expertise Needed)

Hello all, I have been looking into selling on Amazon for a little while, presently selling on eBay via drop shipping. One difference I noticed is that some people were talking about is the fulfillment program that Amazon offers.

I usually drop ship for eBay, but if using their fulfillment program to take the process of shipping off of my hands (which I am sure they will charge a nice juicy premium for =/ ) I was thinking of ordering lot orders to my own place, and just shipping them over to Amazon for selling in bulk via this program.

I was mainly wondering if anyone has/is using this program offered by Amazon and could shed a little light on it in general, and also the method I am thinking here myself. I also found a competitive "fulfillment" company called "SBC Fulfillment". Any reviews???

To add to this, I am also in the business of selling replicas, which are AAA+++ quality, but I wonder if this program has some sort of item inspection process???
