    Hey Guys,

I know this is the Ebay section but I do not know where to post something about amazon FBA and due to the fact that Ebay is pretty close, I try it here.

    Question is:
I want to register an Amazon FBA Seller Account with an Offshore Company.

I have an AG in Paraquay and can get my payments over Payoneer which is pretty cool, cause it is not a bank and no CRS reporting would cause any problems.

Does anybody have any experience if amazon accepts someone setting up an account with an offshore company in Paraquay but he is based in Switzerland?

Thx for any information on this :)
    Marinella

Listen mister, amazon is very strict when it comes to respecting their policies (rules & regulation)

I don't think it will be possible to set-up an offshore company in amazon because there was a time when a colleague of mine requested that i should assist him to list product on amazon. I suggested ebay to him but, he insisted on listing on amazon as a producer of ladies/gentlemen italia leather shoes with base in bologna.

We gave this a trial but, they keep requesting series of information, verification which does not exist on ebay.We ended up paying for some subscription fee's, listed few product(s) but, there was low demand for his product(s)

So, i'll suggest you make indepth research based on your current city, government regulation binding establishment of offshore company and finally taxation.

    Thanks
    Ft Dev
