what u’re seeing is classic parasite SEO + churn. they’re dropping spun landers into public AWS S3 buckets, open-indexing them so Google treats them like fresh, high-authority hosting.
because amazon domains carry huge trust, even thin junk pages slip top 10. once google burns the bucket or aws nukes it, they just spin a new path, re-upload, and repeat. that’s why u notice it flipping every couple weeks but still ranking.
they juice it with automated linking (pbn blasts, hacked links, 301s), so each new bucket inherits some power fast. basically: abuse of big-authority host + constant churn so google never has time to fully deindex the footprint.

Interesting thread! It looks like AWS S3-based parasite SEO is evolving into a full “authority rotation” system, combining old buckets with traffic simulation and CTR manipulation. Fresh buckets can rank, but only with proper warm-up signals. Definitely not a simple upload-and-rank setup.
