Recently, I have attempted to create new AWS Account from several (clean) locations.

In past, I've used only Tier 3 countries SIM card's, no issue occur.

These few attempts was done with also (new numbers) Tier 3 SIM's.

There is a problem, all my accounts end up (you know how) they ask for additional verify, and that's the end of road.

Q: This happens only to me? Anybody else?

At 1st I felt a bit lazy and I ignored this, but now my interest to find what's wrong started growing.

What I would like to know also is if there is anybody who uses Tier 1 SIM in the same boat?

When it comes to my VCC's they were working and work as of now, every account is charged a $1.

This might also be an option, VCC company or some kind of footprints coming from VCC.

Looking forward to your answers,

Thanks for reading this thread.

About the $1 charge,it happened with me too with a real card so that's fine(I am from a Tier 3 Country).

I used a real phone number(Tier 3) and it never asked me for any additional details as of now and I have never tried Tier 1 Numbers as everything is perfect for me with whatever I just said.

Thanks, just to clarify, $1 is not an issue, that is a standard charge for every new account, but even charged = VCC should not be an issue, my accounts are getting disabled.

If I create and verify with VCC SIM and move on to run instance, it will load the message that either my account is not verified or payment is not good, or I have to wait 24 hours for the activation.

Since my verification and payment both are done and valid, I simply have to wait 24h and after that hours (24) new mail is coming that I have to submit manual fax bank info and all that crap.

That's my case.

I've talked with someone who is working long term with AWS accounts, and my locations were 100% stealth.

VCC is most likely the issue. I would like to find a VCC supplier who can confirm that his AWS accounts are doing well.
