Amazon Associates chat support is WORSE.

The chat support for amazon associates is one of the worst I ever experienced in the last 7 years since I do IM.

They suck.

Anybody experienced the same?

Do they actually have chat support?

I've never used it, but they're email support is utter shit.
 
Jeff doesn't have need for affiliates no more , he has used them to build his empire , he can now treat them anyhow he sees fit. From cutting commissions to as low as possible and having a sh*t chat support for them

Just click on Help, Contact Us, and you will see chat support "Chat with Amazon.com Associate Support: "

They are online on Friday from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. Pacific time
 
google support is worst. They tell you fake information that gets you suspended

They actually sorted out my problem within 5 minutes :D :D :D :D
 
My Experience with them is good, not going to lie.
 
I've used it once and it was OK. I've certainly had much worse.

The guy in FBA warehouse in Glasgow.

Their FBA support is pretty pants too at times.

We had a person on chat once who was Chinese and was using Google translate to reply to our concerns, this was a couple of years back but I was staggered at the ineptitude of their staff at the time.

Hahahaha, I didn't realize he was talking about owner of Amazon, I thought he was high on something and he talked in the third person lol :D

the wealthiest man alive is not known to the public. There are people (and organizations) on this planet capable of, and buying entire countries and organizations like amazon with pocket money. But those people don't appear in any rankings / magazine because they are busy deciding who lives and who dies
