I just got an email from amazon this morning:

"Hello,
Thank you for applying for the Associate program. Upon review, we are unable to accept your application. A part of our criteria is that your site has to be established with enough unique content. We rejected your application due to one or more of the following reasons.

- Lack of content which is original to your site and beneficial to your visitors
- Pages that are mainly empty when advertisement content is removed
-We found your web site includes the unapproved use of Amazon.com trademarked words, images, or prices
- you listed incentives to purchase through your site.

Unfortunately, we arent able to review an application once its been rejected. For more information about the suitability of your site, you can review the Operating Agreement via this link:
http://affiliate-program.amazon.com/gp/associates/agreement
We look forward to seeing you again soon."

I don't try to make an excuse here, but a solution is what I need now, what I should do now?
Is there anyway to get my account back or I have to R.I.P my account + my site + all my effort and begin a new one?

It should be easy. Just add more content to the site and say your just started and tell them you are writing alot of content. If they wont accept u then. Just copy some content . paste it. Get accepted. Remove the shit content

hey friend no need to worry about this, this is common rejection mail sent by amazon, i can surely help you, no need to rebuild this website, just go and reapply with any good looking website you found online , they really dont care about ownership, and its not theory or just suggestion thats what worked several time for lots of people. so just go and get your approval too.
good luck

I had exactly the same rejection way back in the day.

I sent back a terse email basically telling them that they'd just clicked send on a template email without even looking at my site, because if they'd bothered to look, they would have seen that it does actually meet the criteria.
About a day later, I got a reply from someone else saying that the application had been approved.

Of course, I don't suggest using the tone or wording above - it took me probably two hours to craft the three paragraphs that I sent. It was a delicate balance indeed.

could you send me a sample of the email you sent to them?
do you rebuild your website or just send that email to them, because I use the table that include the price of product in it, so I think I have to rebuild it,

really? , I mean what I would said to them? , seem too risky if they find out

How big is your site and did you write the content yourself? How many total words? Is it unique?

There are some simple steps:

1. Make sure your website has 1000 words+ and photos.
2. Make sure your website has an ok template
3. In the application make sure you mark that amazon is the only way you will monetize your website
4. In the application mark that your webste had between 500 and 5000 visitors/month
5. In the application explanation make sure you say that your website offers buying advice to visitors, information which will help them to make their purchases in a smarter way.

These 5 things helped all the people I spoke with.

I did not rebuild the site at all - it was perfect already. Had about 20+ articles, total 30k words, etc.

If you simply have a comparison table, then perhaps I would agree with them - it needs more 'meat on the bones'.

I have 5 x 500 words review for 5 products, and 2x2000 words for homepage + secondary keyword, so the site was filled with content not just comparison table, you can take a look if you want to

thank you for your help, I really appriciated

if you found it risky then don't do it, i shared what worked for several people, they dont call you to check anything so you need not to say anything, apart from this after getting approval you have option to change your website too, off course this is little blackhat way to get approval but in white hat case people do sell websites, for example i do build amazon money making websites in past, so at the time of approval process i put my own affiliate id to build website and got approval for clients several time.

in other case, website flipping is other example where one person build website get approval on it and then sale to other person, i can tell you from experience on same website new owner will get approval too, i know it as i worked with amazon associate programe almost more than 3 years.

i just shared my experience, so if you found its not for you then my friend no need to follow it, as i have seen one of fellow advice above to contact them directly, that could be a good option too, if you really believe your website have enough quality to get through approval process.

I do believe sometime manual review could help in some cases.

Good Luck

I have to re-apply it, because they said after an application has been rejected it cannot reinstated, but anyway thank you for all your help
