All you need in Amazon's view is a Amazon Affiliate Disclosure. Make sure to put it in the footer or in a visible page itself called something like "Disclosure" or "Amazon Affiliate Disclosure". Here is the disclosure:
"[YOUR URL] is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for website owners to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to amazon.com, endless.com, smallparts.com, myhabit.com, and any other website that may be affiliated with Amazon Service LLC Associates Program."

If you want a privacy policy page, you can use this generator. But I doubt it makes a difference in trust to be honest. :)
