Amazon affiliate tag links

Do Amazon affiliate links work when they are not part of the Website List on the affiliate control panel?

For example, could you send links on an email, or youtube comments and they would work correctly and legally?

No you can't share link like this on YT or email. Its breaks Amazon T&C

Yes they will work even if they are not a part of your website list on amazon but don't send traffic directly from emails or youtube.

Make a landing page and send the traffic there first. Don't send visitor directly to Amazon. You may/will get your account banned.
