First of all, I'll say that as a complete newb to the IM game, BHW is a really extraordinary resource. Thank you to all of you wise people.

My first venture into the IM game is going to be an Amazon Associates affiliate review site.

I've found a niche I want to target. However, I've read online that a few of the products typically require a prescription to buy in the US. These products are on Amazon, and it seems as though I am able to go through the buying process without a prescription (as a test).

My question is, are there any repercussions of me selling some products that typically require a prescription (even if they are on amazon and don't seem to require a prescription to buy from them)? My website will be a review site, redirecting the user to the amazon product page, for clarification.

    Thanks in advance!

i would think you are ok, you are not actually " Selling " them per se, but reviewing and suggesting where the reader can get them if they so wish. you are giving them the option to purchase from Amazon after reading your review or whatever.
Amazon is a big company with top lawyers so i should think they have passed it already. Anyway it would be Amazon as they are the stockist or platform.
