    Alright.

I've been on BHW for about 5 months now. I've tried a few (million!!) methods by now, some money here and there - but nothing has stuck. Dead/Old method. Too much competition. Bla bla.

2 months ago I started reading more about affiliate marketing and got hooked. I had finally learnt enough to understand what the hell a "backlink" was, or "buy an aged domain" and, well, SEO in general. I hadn't even heard about the term SEO before BHW 5 months ago.

Fast forward to today. I now know what affiliate marketing is. My goal is to earn $100/day before 2018. Can I make it? Probably not. Will I try? Fuck yeah.

I have read so many guides that I almost confused myself more. How to create a PBN network, affiliate guides, backlink guides, 2.0 guides.. I have watched so many hours of YouTube. I have studied man. And now, it's time to do what a lot of people fail at:
    TAKING ACTION
I have a site up for a low competition keyword "keyword review" on kwfinder - 13 in rank. I made this affiliate site because the competition was so low, good for learning and trying stuff out I guess. The products aren't very expensive.

Anyway, what I have done so far:
    • Created Amazon affiliate review site with approx 3500 words of content - Check
    • Created around 10 WEB 2.0 pages today, in varying quality - Check
    • Created a post on every 2.0 page - Check, some with publish delay of 1-3 weeks with the article + money site link, and some with a money site link straight in the first post (not going to do that again). But at least a small post on each site to "kick it alive"
    • Bought a $5 Fiverr Backlink gig 10 days ago - Check, it's OK for the price and help diverse my overall links.

    My strategy:
    1. Create affiliate sites (Amazon mostly) targeting low competition "buy" keyword
    2. Have MEATY and LONG articles. Content is king(?), 2000 words more than the competition.
    3. Create WEB 2.0 links everyday(?) - Amount depending on site and competition.
    4. Create a "WEB 2.0 PBN" AKA "poor mans PBN", which is basically free WEB 2.0 hosting with custom domain. (Ex. Tumblr with expired domain) - Yes, I know, not as good as a real PBN,
but this is a budget journey.
    5. Blast WEB 2.0 links with Fiverr gigs (Fiverr gigs as tier 3? Yes/no?)

For a bit more competition KWs, maybe something like this:
Fiverr Gig Backlinks > WEB 2.0 > Poor mans PBN > Money site

    We'll see.

Tomorrow I am continuing with creating Super WEB 2.0 pages, this time with better article quality.
I think I am gonna focus on 3-5 well made WEB 2.0 pages a day. Also looking into guest posts, all though very hard with this niche..

    Some questions:
How reliable is Serps.com for site ranking on Google?
Tips on good 'buy' keywords? I know "review" and "top 10", "best" etc.

And just tips in general would be helpful. I always want to learn more, specially in my newbie state.

I also have a second niche site almost finished with a lot more content (because the one competitor has a loooong ass article), but I have not got hosting for this site yet. I have bought a domain however. Will start with this one soon! Higher competition though, so I might need to get some PBNs. I might have another niche site in the same area, so a poor mans PBN could be a good idea for this. Thoughts?

I am tired as fuck and I have been awake for a long time, spelling errors and other fails might be somewhere in there.

Will update daily as long as there is something to update with. Wish me luck.

Your plan is good. The problem may be following it up with concrete action. If you can work towards this your goal day and night, you may eventually achieve it.

Thanks a lot mate, I appreciate it. Hope we both can learn on this journey!

    Thanks! :)

    Thanks bro!

    Thank you.
Not sure what you mean by "The problem may be following it up with concrete action", could you elaborate please? English is not my first language haha.

    Todays goal:
    • Create 3-4 WEB 2.0s with long articles for the first site. I don't want to spend too much time with this one, since the earnings will be very low with it.
    • Finish my second site. Articles, disclaimers, everything.
    • See if I can get my second site live today - I doubt it but I will try.

      That's it, I think.

Taking a pause on my second site until next week. There is a lot of complications with Amazon associates. Can't find products even with ASIN search, something is up. I've wasted 1-2 hours now on this shit, so I am now gonna focus on finding a new niche for site number 3 after I've finished the WEB 2.0s for site #1.

Is there a reason you're going for 2 sites instead of one? Since you are on a budget, wouldn't having less sites be more helpful, since you're focusing what you do have on that site?

Well, the first site has cheap products and not a lot of search volume, but there is still (hopefully) a little money there to be made. $100/day would be impossible from that niche. Maybe $100 a month, haha..
The second site will probably earn more, but I doubt $100/day. I don't think there are any sites I could build that would make $100/day, since I am a noob at SEO and couldn't compete.

I was planning on having a lot of small niche sites.

    Thanks mate!

Thanks a lot guys, I appreciate the support!

What I have done today on affiliate site #1:
    • Created three WEB 2.0 sites, one with 6 pages and way more content than the other two. Images, videos, articles and so on. 2-3 posts on queue for the next week or two.
    • Added disclaimer page
I honestly don't think I will need much more backlink/SEO work for my first site. The competition has 1(!!) backlink, and the weakest content imaginable on their site. So not only should I be able to rank for "keyword review", but also "keyword" itself. I tried to steal articles to spin, problem was - there are no damn articles, that's how small the niche is. Just a waiting game at this point.

What I have done today on affiliate site #2:
    • Got hosting - Check
    • Finished all the articles, added disclaimer page, fixed product texts and so on. No affiliate links added yet, since Amazon Associates wouldn't find the products even with ASIN search!!

The day is not over, so I am gonna look into some guest posts for affiliate site #1, even though there are no blogs about the niche. Let's see if I can sneak it in anyway, somewhere somehow.

Will start some WEB 2.0 Pages with welcome posts for aff site #2 tomorrow. VPN, separate email-accounts, better articles. Start ageing them.
We'll see if I get some old domains for the affiliate site #2 WEB 2.0s. All in all, I need to be more serious with my backlinks for my next site. Harder competition.

I still think I will go Fiverr gig > WEB 2.0 > Poor mans PBN > Money Site for affiliate site #2.

Affiliate site #1 climbed from page 4 (position 37) to page 3 (position 28) for "keyword review", in 3 hours! Hahaaa this is pretty cool, a 2 week old site without any indexed backlinks (I think, not what I can see at least). Never ranked a site before! Competition is "super easy", so it doesn't surprise me, could probably rank with just content for this one. I added a page to the site for a little more content just to be safe, maybe that's why it bumped. (I fetched the site after the added content)

I have tried to find somewhere to guestpost - but there is no blogs about this niche, so I will leave it. I am sure my site will climb by itself now, since there is a lot of backlinks that will index by time. I will keep maintaining/updating some 2.0s, but that's about it I think. I have to learn to just leave it be, it's a young site and I need to give it time, 2 weeks is nothing.

I will focus on site #2 now and keep my eye on site #1 SERP rankings.
There is a lot more work to site #2 than I expected, more articles to go through. Some on page SEO. I wrote earlier that it was basically finished, well, wrong.

To do list for site #2:
    • Finish the main article/review
    • Finish the last 3 product reviews & fix some other ones
    • Finish on page SEO, maybe reupload all the images. I forgot to name the image files for KWs.
    • Create quality WEB 2.0s with long and good posts
Maybe create a "WEB 2.0 PBN", we will see what's needed.
    • Buy Fiverr Backlink Gig again, for link diversity
    • Add all affiliate links to site
We'll see how far I get tomorrow.

The second site has a lot of content. 15 pages & 15k words spread out over a main article/review, product reviews etc. It's gonna be fun to see if I can rank that bad boy.

    Until tomorrow BHW.

I wouldn't buy any backlinks off fivverr, just my two cents. If you building it for your own money sites. You want to build it more towards long term. Using fivverr and stuff like this will get your sites deindexxed super quick, or end up just hurting your site more than helping. I would suggest getting some expired domains that are similar to your niche. Then start building other links by white hat methods. Do guest posting, start some social media accounts. Share your articles threw social media. Setup some forum accounts in your niche. Start posting on that forums. Put your link on that forum account etc. I think you get the picture. Anything your gonna get off fivverr is going be spammy. I wouldnt risk your site long term by buying fiverr gigs for backlinking. Just my two cents.
