Amazon Affiliate program pays pennies, What if you got paid 30% commissions

Amazon affiliate program pays pennies , would you consider joining an affiliate program which sells products at same prices as amazon, offers 2-3 days shipping but pays upto 30% commissions instead of 2-3% commissions? I know conversion rate at amazon is more like 5% and on any other website it would be as low as 1-2% but still if such program comes to the market would you consider joining it? and stop all amazon promotion? I have been looking for such a program which can offer 25-30% commissions, but most of them give 8% at most.
