    Hello
A few months ago I found this forum and tried amazon affiliate marketing. First I made a program which search keywords on twitter and and send amazon links to twitter users.
For example it searches for "learn guitar" and send Guitar Starter Pack links to twitter users. I had hundreds of products and I sent 15,000 tweets per day. I also found a way to create twitter accounts so account suspension was not a problem I could create more than 1,000 twitter accounts per day. After two weeks result was disappointing.
    Products shipped:14
    Revenue: $497.03
    Ads Fee: $25.12
I have disappointed because advertisements was very well targeted and my bots sent exactly what people needs in their tweets. Then I shutdown program because I noticed that it is not feasible. Another disappointing result was just 4 products were products which I have advertised rest 10 products was something else probably people clicked my link and decided to buy something else.

Then I read articles about a guy made $1,000 a day on pinterest by bots. Then I made a program to automate actions on pinterest too. I made random actions like pin, repin my pin, repin someone else pin, follow my bot, follow someone else, like my pins, like someone else's pin etc. In a few days I pinned 2000 images and repinned liked them randomly and followed and liked other people too. I logged the incoming ip adresses and realized that no one has clicked my pins. All ip adresses was belong to pinterest servers which downloads image from my web page. Also I found a method so pinterest cannot delete my affiliate id, i can redirect users to amazon successfully with my affiliate id but it does not have a value because no one has clicked.

I read some success stories on internet about amazon affiliating over pinterest/twitter and tried but mine became a failure story I just wanted to share.
    Thanks.

    well twitter works with CPA

however you have a problem in getting paid - because the visitors don't convert for the advertiser -- so you need some real traffic and some of this traffic.

this is exactly what I used to do -- Look for NFL game Giants vs Redskins for example :: then scrape all the users in their twitter accounts Giants/Redskins and NFL -- then when game starts -send them a message and also tweet -- Giants Sunday Night Game Giveaway - Free Ipad 3 or Free Xbox or free Jetblue Plane ticket ... then do the same for the other team

you will get $100-$200 per game -- but like I said you have to be careful with the CPA company -- you can also do this for American Idol Finale / NBA / Superbowl basically any game where lots of people are interested.

In terms of amazon then yeah I would imagine it would be a loss.

As far as Pinterest goes - yeah you can bot so many things - but you have to interact with people and find the real users and make some exchange -- so what I found works with Amazon is really distinctive products that people will buy immediately if they are looking for them .. this makes Sales ... what doesn't work is spamming images / comments etc that are not targeted and confuse people.

those are my comments on them .. maybe what you would do is have a popular blog with traffic and use brads redirector and funnel all the twitter traffic through that - so if the CPA company complaints just send them your Google Analytics and tell them shut up and pay me.

    All the best.

Another one for Twitter - go to Ellen Show - scrape all her followers - and send them a message : like - Ellen Show Contest of the Day - Send Them To An Offer A Women Would Be Interested In.

Again got to hide traffic from CPA Company ... there really is alot you can do - just target Celebrity/User/Interest.
