Just a quick question here. I have finally made my first bit of money online! Not much, just $2.80 from a $70 Amazon item. But then it got me curious. I have searched through BHW and the big G but cannot find any clear information on weather I have to disclose that i'm an amazon affiliate on my website. I understand that people from the U.S do, but from what I have read about my county Australia, some people seem to think it's not yet law here. I was wondering if anybody knows for sure about the rules of this?

Are you referring to the Amazon affiliate disclosure that Amazon themselves require all their affiliates to publish on their sites? If this is what you mean then yes you will have to do it. It's not a local law it is Amazon's T&Cs for ALL affiliates no matter where you're from.
